What I build
Four disciplines, one operator.
Real-Time Dashboards & Analytics
A single live screen that shows what's actually happening in the business — leads, orders, spend, pipeline — built around the numbers you check, not the ones a template assumes you want. This is the service everything else here feeds into.
Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure
Scalable, serverless-first foundations — hosting, APIs, and data storage built to hold up as the business grows, not duct-taped together.
Outreach & Lead Automation
Cold email and lead-generation pipelines built for deliverability and targeting — sourcing the right contacts and feeding every reply straight into your dashboard.
Web & Workflow Engineering
Fast, self-contained websites plus the event-driven automations and API integrations behind the scenes — webhooks, triggers, and the small tasks that eat a Tuesday afternoon.
Flagship service — why it's worth building
Why a real-time dashboard changes how you run the business.
Businesses that centralize their data and automate the busywork consistently out-decide and out-earn the ones running on spreadsheets and memory. This is that case, in numbers rather than opinion.
more likely to acquire customers when decisions are driven by centralized data, not gut feel
more likely to be profitable for data-driven companies vs. those that aren't
faster decisions at companies with a strong, centralized data culture
lower operational costs reported after adopting real-time analytics
Sources: McKinsey & Company data-driven decision-making research; Hydrogen BI, "Data-Driven Decision Making: 2025 Stats" (aggregating Gartner, IDC, McKinsey & PwC studies). Figures are industry-wide averages, not a guarantee for any specific business.
Streaming, not a weekly export
The dashboard updates as events happen instead of waiting on someone to pull a report together.
One source of truth
Sales, leads, and operations data land in one place instead of three spreadsheets that disagree with each other.
Automated alerts
The system pings you when something needs a decision, instead of you needing to remember to go check.
The other half of the case
What a slow reply actually costs you.
This is the argument for the "Outreach & Lead Automation" service — and the reason a dashboard alone isn't enough without something watching it in real time.
more likely a lead converts when it's contacted within 5 minutes instead of later
drop in the odds of reaching a lead at all once just one hour has passed
the average company's lead response time — only 37% reply within the first hour

And once a lead replies
Time automation gives back on common sales tasks

How it works
A three-step build, start to finish.
Find the real bottleneck
A short working session to map what's manual, what's breaking, and where the highest-leverage fix actually is — not a generic audit template.
Built in the open
You see the system taking shape, not a single reveal at the end. Small pieces ship as they're ready, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Handed off or kept running
Once it's live, it comes with plain documentation, or I keep operating it — whichever makes more sense for how the business runs.
Who's building this
About Jonathan
I'm based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Living Sky Automations grew out of my own need to run more than one thing at once without more than one of me — the dashboards, automations, and outreach systems here are the same ones I use to run my own operations.
Client work is the same skill set, pointed at someone else's business: figure out what's eating the most time, and build the thing that removes it.
Why it's worth getting right
Service is the product, not an afterthought.
93% of customers say they're likely to make repeat purchases with companies that offer excellent customer service, and 68% will pay more for it. Here's exactly what that means in practice, in plain terms.
You reach me, not a queue
No ticket system, no outsourced support desk. Every message gets a direct, personal reply from the person who builds the system.
Response within 1 business day
That's the commitment, not the best case. If something's urgent — a broken workflow, a blocked launch — it gets flagged and handled first.
Your data stays yours
Client credentials, API keys, and account access are handled through standard secure practices — never stored insecurely, never sold, never reused for anything other than your build.
Plain-English documentation
Every build ships with clear notes on how it works and how to change it — no jargon dump designed to make you dependent on me.
